Decaf (Ethiopia / Honduras Blend)
This decaf blend is made up of two washed coffees; one originating from the Limu region of Ethiopia (Gidey Berhe owns the 350 hectare farm 1840-2130masl), and the other from the Corquin region of Honduras (El Mandarino at 1350masl in the Gualme area of Corquin, Copan). These two coffees blend well to give a bright, sweet and juicy decaffeinated coffee with a rich chocolate body.
